Chimney Rock Estate

This Nick Noyes Architect designed home combined prefab modules with site built, vaulted elements to create a seamless 6000 sq foot fire rebuild. The owner/contractor Laura Parker of Del Mar Restoration commissioned Method Homes for the prefab factory portion of the project. Her goal was to build with less impact to the environment, more sustainably and efficiently and was able to complete the project within one year from start to finish.
