From Diane Naylor

Looking for a house to go to when my mother goes to heaven as I am her caregiver, I stumbled across this gem by Crites & McConnell in an ad and nabbed it only moments as it was posted! I wanted to find a home before she failed and wanted to share it with her getting her opinions and creative input to be able to create fond moments and memories. At 92 years young, my mother wants me to stay at her house I won't be able to live there, so I will be making this beauty into a short term rental to share with others that appreciate beauty & nature. As an artist I created a new series while renovating. The series will be shown in September in Kansas City. If only Mr. Kitzman, the original owner in 1965, was alive to share it with him. Since I bought it last August, Im hoping to open August or Sept of this year. As you posted this for sale, it gave me a way to share it with others with your wonderful description and photos. Please take a look at the newly created space Ive created from his beautiful bone structure of a house.
