Located in Psychiko, one of the most beautiful, full of green Athenian neighborhoods, Eos urban villa is a 3-floor residence of 700 square meters. It used to be an ambassadorial residence and then remained unused for a while.
The objective was to attract new users to this property. The project was the interior design and renovation of this existing villa, in order to give it a modern and appealing touch. The interior was approached with a contemporary style and was based on custom made furniture and interior elements. The white canvas of the walls and the wood floor and doors were enriched by greys and warmer neutral colors using lots of black accents and powerful wall art.

The ground floor consists of the spacious living and dining area, and the kitchen, while the staircase leads to the sleeping area with four suites with bathroom and dressing room. At the upper floor lies the en-suite master bedroom and the office as well as a terrace that offers great views to the surroundings.

On the entrance, the atrium welcomes you to the house and leads you to an open space living room and dining area. The chosen low-height furniture offers a peek into the garden and pool area beyond. In the middle of the area lies the redesigned double sided fireplace with marble and metallic details.

Most of the furniture are custom made elements in simple, modern lines and natural colors. Textures of wood, marble, wool, velour and ceramic enliven the space and enhance the elegance of the residence.

The master bathroom redesign played significant role to the renovation of the house. The objective was to create a minimal and light space for the users of the main bedroom of the house. Marble effect, large tile slabs and brushed finishes, as well as the freestanding bathtub provide the luxurious touch requested.

The redesign of the exterior space aimed to make it more practical for the users providing them with moments of relaxation, connection and reflection attaining the desired level of privacy and tranquility.
