Estes Park was designed as a large, multifamily, with office, residence. A Colorado Vista Prow, with terrific mountain views. How can a home this large be energy efficient? That is the characteristic of mass timber: the energy is stored in the timber, not the air - so efficiency is not volume dependent. More timber, more glass, more efficient.
