GOLF CLUB

We started this project with a study of the plot of land and the soil. Combining the results of the topographic survey and the wishes of the customer, we developed several master plans, each with a different breakdown of plots and the number of houses. Every infrastructure detail was thought out in each plan.

The starting point of this golf community was the clubhouse, located at the highest point of the plot, which offers incredible views. On the top floor, we placed a restaurant with panoramic windows where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner surrounded by incredibly beautiful nature. As a symbol of golf, the roof of the clubhouse was designed in the shape of crossed clubs. The clubhouse is also a place where golf lovers can relax and socialize and arrange interesting events and parties. There is also a space where athletes can store their equipment, change clothes and take a shower after their round of golf.
With respect to the residential buildings, each is designed in a way that ensures privacy in relation to neighbors so that you never have to worry about intrusions into your personal space. In addition, each house is designed for all climatic conditions, taking into account the movement of the sun for the most natural lighting. The design is also highly energy-efficient to minimize operating costs.
Given that we were essentially building a whole town, our plan provided club members with a sufficient number of shops, cafes and restaurants, guest parking ggand a fitness club.
