ModHaus I nestled in the landscape on Nova Scotia's beautiful South Shore. This 1000 sq.ft. prefab modular home by East Coast Modern consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. A 24' long galvanized steel and eastern white cedar bris soleil provides much needed shade on the south facing terrace. The exterior is clad in eastern white cedar shakes.
