A custom designed tiny house that feels like a normal sized home. It is certified "Green Built" and "EnergyStar". It's built on an infill city lot in downtown Brevard, NC. Most of the materials are reclaimed or job site left overs. The kitchen cabinets are custom made from left over Advantech sub flooring. Custom dining table folds into a murphy bed to allow guests a comfortable bed on the main floor, or elderly visitors that can't use the stairs. Bathroom vanities are made of reclaimed barn wood and feature galvanized metal buckets as sinks, and completely custom made faucets. Complete with a custom mountain bike track in the yard!
