New modern bright & open cottage. Lots of windows, radiant heat floors, AC, + outdoor shower under a cedar tree. Amazing walking neighborhood close to eateries, bars, a bakery, brewery + two great markets & one of the cities most cherished parks. The house is open & inviting. With one large open gathering space, it is clean, comfortable, artful & easy. Full of natural light with a festive feeling, great for entertaining. On route to Laurelhurst park, it's great for people watching from the front porch.
