RJM is a renovation and extension of a century-old apartement building located on borough of Le Plateau Mont-Royal, the most dense borought of Montreal and Canada.
The new storey crown on the top of the existing building. Lightly expressing the void that was there before the intervention. At the back the new extension who's taking new bedroom and bathroom is built with white brick, helping sun get throught the narrow courtyard.
