Indoor-outdoor living is very present in California living and Mid-Century modern design. The goal is a seamless transition from inside to outside. In order to achieve that, the backyard was raised to be level with the foundation of the home. As seen in the left quadrant of the photo, our carpenters did amazing work; allowing the fantasy of a seamless transition to become reality.

A fully remodeled Mid-Century modern home. Originally built in 1971, and untouched; a "resto-vation" was absolutely necessary. The Streng Brothers' architecture is the foundation of the design. Preserving the intent was incredibly important to the designer and owner of the home, Eric Benning. Eric's vision was to design the home as the Streng Bros would have; with the technology and modern day lifestyle of today.
