San Juan Island Modular

The Owners envisioned a home that will serve them though their later years, embrace the stunning harbor views and sit lightly on the site. To do the the Fish Mackay Architects collaborated with Method Homes to create a unique modular solution that allowed most of the construction to happen in a factory on the mainland. The modules arrived by ferry and were craned onto the foundation.

This single story 3 bedroom home with 2 home office/studios features wide hallways, grab bars and a meticulous kitchen design for aging in place, warm wood floors and ceilings, and ample outdoor space.
