The Atlantic Club Luxury Residences

The Atlantic Club is an oceanfront luxury high-rise bringing an elevated level of art, amenities and design unprecedented for the market. The residences span 132 one-to-five-bedroom luxury condominiums, including two penthouses, with spacious layouts and expansive balconies and terraces, with many offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each residence will come outfitted with white oak-style flooring, recessed lighting, custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art integrated kitchen appliances, and bathroom spaces with imported porcelain marble.

Additionally, the project's developer, Roy Stillman, tapped Cristina Grajales, owner of the famed Cristina Grajales Gallery, to reimagine the lobby and building overall as a gallery. Cristina has also engaged Christophe Côme, a notable French glass sculptor whose work is featured in Chanel stores around the world, and Jorge Lizarazo, one of the world’s leading textile and tapestry artists from Hechizoo atelier, to create new works specifically for the project. Together, the duo collaborated on the over 3,000-square foot lobby, otherwise known as the crown jewel of The Atlantic Club’s art experience, setting the stage for residents and guests alike. The marquee entrance rises to a height of 18 feet and 9 inches, and features soaring, tailored glass and textile installations inspired by the ocean’s sense of fluidity and dynamism.
