The Comhaire Residence

The exterior renovation of the house brought a more modern facade to the street replacing the bland, brown facade. The house was painted white with various black accents which include the railings, garage doors, front door, and fascia. A central wood wall was built to tie together the existing wood ceilings underneath the porches. With the house painted white, these existing ceilings stand out rather than blending into the homes original brown color.
