The Finken Project

We built a playroom/office addition with rooftop deck featuring ipe deck panels from Bison Innovative Products, LiveRoof border, steel spiral staircase from Custom Steel, and copper railings. New PA bluestone hardscaping from JBitzStone, LLC wraps the exterior, and custom cabinetry and white oak shelving from Bo Taylor fills the need for toy and game storage in the playroom. New windows from JELD-WEN Windows & Doors fill the space with natural light, and a frosted glass pocket door gives privacy into the office. A new clerestory addition on the second floor adds light to the family room with more JELD-WEN Windows & Doors transoms, and the tongue and groove ceiling compliments the original deck house design with matching beams. Hansell Painting LLC added the finishing touches, and all building products came from our favorite Fitch Lumber Company.
