The Little Blue Boathouse

Located on the smaller, private, Lake Lanier in South Carolina, this contemporary 200 square foot boathouse, sits directly over water - where you can hear the gentle sounds of the water beneath you. Amazing views can be seen out of the two 8x8 foot sliding doors. There is a queen sized bed, a small couch, a kitchenette and a mini split with heat/AC in the living space with a composting toilet located in the attached boat garage.
