The Pond Boat House

This project started with a small parcel of land that had a small cottage on it that was knocked down during Hurricane Irene. I've collected vintage Pond boats from the 1930s over the years and decided to build this house around them. Though small in size, it still provides wonderful views of Long Island sound.
