Located in a secluded area in the south west of Dominican Republic, this residence offers luxurious comfort without compromising sustainability targets. Eracra Architects designed Villa Punta using passive solar strategies, rather than traditional energy consumptive cooling systems. The interior courtyards and wood louvered walls provide a unique connection to the exterior. The house merges with its surrounding using locally sourced finishes like Coral Stone wood and a desert like color pallet.
