One of our favorite pieces on the whole space, the garage door. Originally, a forklift was used to lift and store materials in the upper floor. Now we open it completely to enjoy the summer air and let the light in. Future plans are to build out a deck.

This is how we began. Actually, it was far worse. This was taken after we spent 10 hours hauling random items out of the space.

This is a warehouse that we transformed into the ultimate bachelor pad. The main floor is all shop space where we work on cars and motorcycles. The upper floor was just storage space. The goal was to make an eye-popping, industrial-style space for 4 guys.

We designed a layout from scratch and self-performed all the labor except electrical and plumbing. To complete the look, we left the ceiling exposed, created our own concrete counter tops, lay plywood flooring, installed bright white lighting, built our own custom cabinets, and furnished with masculine furniture, a shuffleboard table, and foosball table.
