2000 sq foot A Frame house on 3/4 of an acre 10 minutes outside of the city of Vancouver. Surrounded by a mature forest on a completely private lot. Recently remodelled w Epoxy floors (straight over the old tile), new bathrooms and the addition of 6 massive skylights to let the forest in. Glass replaced drywall pony walls in the all glass office in the loft and the Malm fireplace (though a very difficult install) is a beautiful and warm addition with the venting shooting 20 feet up. Warms the main room and the loft all at once!
I am a fashion photographer. Happy to be named and this is the only place I have considered submitting my home to! It has appeared nowhere else (renos just completed).
