Responding to the client's brief, the design articulates a desire for minimalism at its best while converging with the sky.

Vibrant landscaping on the stilt floor replaces the conventional car park, creating a welcoming entrance and ensuring openness. The basement, strategically designed for recreational purposes, houses a spectacular pool, spa, and gymnasium, providing a sense of gratification.

The material palette plays a crucial role in defining the aesthetics and functionality of Todd Residence. The cantilevered terraces, designed for small gatherings, are a testament to the grandeur the residence exudes.
