Located in Ulus Istanbul, the project is designed by escapefromsofa in 2022. In the living space, which spreads over 500 square meters and consists of two flats, the aim is made to create a cocoon with a gallery feeling for the art lover client.

The private spaces that require privacy are designed autonomously. More, the idea of creating a spacious, comfortable, and compact house formed the scope of the project. The linear living room of 132 square meters is planned as the heart of the house. It is designed as two wings; dining and sitting area. The section of these wings is defined by a dividing wall, while fireplaces located on either side create lounge areas for both wings. On the other hand, considering the wall in a partially divisive way connected these two wings.

The living room is separated from the other parts of the house by two large sliding doors. The kitchen and TV room became a transition space for both wings of the house while passing from the common living areas to the private spaces. Staff rooms, laundry room, technical room, storage, WC, and bathroom are lined up in these two corridors, while bedrooms have entrances from these corridors. The master bedroom is planned as a suite with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

In the living space full of white color tones, the beige wooden panels covering the walls of the living room are designed by escapefromsofa. In the dining room, Cassina chairs accompany the dining table designed by escapefromsofa while this atmosphere is completed with Moooi pendant lights. In the area around the fireplace of this wing, B&B Italia sofa and armchairs are used together with coffee tables designed by Atelier 1976. The TV unit on the other wing of the living room is designed by escapefromsofa while Cassina armchairs and Maxalto white sofas are used together with the green coffee table designed by Rezzan Benardete Interiors. This composition is completed with a glass dresser of USM behind the sofa. Around the fireplace of this wing, Cassina armchairs are used together with the Noguchi Coffee Table. The furniture in the bedrooms is designed by escapefromsofa for the project. Haluk Akakçe, Ayla Turan, Ömer Uluç, and Seçkin Pirim are the artists whose works are featured in the living space.
