A 120-square-meter apartment in north Tel Aviv, was planned and designed for a family of four including teenagers .

The renovation included the overall planning of the apartment's spaces, materials selection, customized carpentry and framing plans, and interior decoration.

The project incorporated custom carpentry and framing details designed by the studio and executed by a skilled carpenter in close collaboration. The aim was to create personalized and precise furniture, making the most of the apartment's specific features.

The main planning challenge in the apartment was the distribution of the public space, encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

A central "anchored" column posed a significant challenge due to limited space for the three main functions in the apartment.

The kitchen front extends towards the hall, creating a sense of elongated space with additional storage places. The perimeter kitchen front serves as a service cabinet for additional items unrelated to the kitchen (such as a hidden vacuum cleaner charging station and coat hanger).

A concrete column serves as the basis for a TV cabinet unit, with additional storage on one side and an adjacent kitchen unit serving as a dining area for daily activities. Additional storage is provided in the lower part of the island, where all electrical and communication cables are concealed.

As part of the renovation, a guest toilet was also added, which was not originally planned by the contractor
