Wildcat Canyon was designed by the owner -then manufactured as a pre-cut numbered mass timber prefab package by Enertia® Homes in North Carolina. It is slightly off-south for the view, then the attached garage is tilted to make it full-on south for solar electric panels. The lower level is walk-out on the north for this hillside location. Using the basement there is a full 6100 square feet of useable space. It is double shell, with a full air loop to connect the sunspace, the attic, the north wall air shaft and the basement. Attic windows can be opened in summer to exhaust heat. In this low-humidity part of California, no additional cool is needed.
