At first glance, you probably wouldn't suspect the playful interior hiding behind the facade of 2688 South Camino Real in Palm Springs, California. But you'd be in for a surprise once you passed through the bright red front door, because all it takes is one step inside to see why Walt Disney's former desert vacation home was dubbed his "Technicolor Dream House." 

The home, located in the Indian Canyons neighborhood of Palm Springs, was built for Walt Disney and his wife in the early 1960s and remained in the family until 2015.
