Downstairs, the home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms—each of which have been fully modernized with new fixtures and finishes. A row of casement windows provides ample natural light while creating more privacy for each of the rooms. In total, the home offers just over 2,000 square feet of interior space.

The home’s facade and outdoor spaces received their share of the work as well. The owner notes that the exterior siding was replaced, as was the rubber roof.
