All three bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, Caesarstone countertops, and slate ceramic tiles.

To create a bit more texture in the kitchen and baths, the couple added classic checkered tiles from the local hardware store—an inexpensive option that broke up the polished concrete floors spanning the rest of the house. Pavonetti designed and built the pedestal sinks using reclaimed cedar siding.

In the bathroom, the twins take advantage of a custom-built Corian sink and wooden base with integrated step when it’s time to wash up.

The bathrooms have been tastefully remodeled with Carrara marble and walnut cabinetry.

The bathroom window is strategically positioned so that views of the sea can only be seen when the user is seated on the toilet.

The master bathroom is the only spot in the home that features actual hardware. Simon went with a rich blue-green tone for the double vanity and Colton wall sconces from Y Lighting.

A custom-made, birch-and-steel frame cabinet with a marble top and ceramic vessel sink is accented by round mirrors.

The bathroom is finished with the same green tiles as used in the chimney well. Large-format tiles imitating terrazzo line the bathroom floor and shower walls, including the built-in bench.

The tiles in the bathrooms are by Clé Tile and Zia Tile.

The cabin's single bathroom is located adjacent to the master bedroom and is covered in ocher-colored tile. A fenced-in outdoor bathing area is accessible via a sliding glass door.

The shared kids’ bath features a tile terrazzo floor, soaking tub, and Brodware taps. The clerestory window lets in northern light without compromising privacy.

An integrated shelf underscores a large mirror, which makes the room feel larger.
