The asymmetrical vanities on opposite walls in the primary bathroom feature stone tops and backsplashes with a chiseled free edge -- a detail that came together from the collaboration between Fowlkes Studio and their clients. The free edges were designed to evoke broken stone and be different from each other, the edges reflect in the opposing mirrors.

The ceramic wall tile in one of the bathrooms if from Portobello America, and the tub is by Sabbia.

The main bathroom features blue shower and floor tile from Concrete Collaborative's partnership with Dwell.

In the main bathroom, new wood cabinetry, quartzite countertops and clerestory lights help brighten the space.

In the upstairs bathroom, the team expanded the footprint by taking some space from an adjacent bedroom. The tile is from Cle, the tub is Claybrook, the faucets are Brizo, and the walnut casework contains custom-designed pulls by Murray Legge Architecture.

The primary bathroom features floating walnut cabinetry set against Accoya walls.

The luxe bathroom has marble, wood, and tile, materials echoed elsewhere throughout the home.

In the new addition, the designers created a guest bathroom with a spa-like feel. The paint was color matched with the blue tile from Zia Tile in the shower room.

The kids' bathroom has a decidedly more youthful feel, with terazzo flooring and vanities and mirrors from West Elm.

A floating walnut vanity and arched mirrors provide a calm quality for the primary bathroom.

Ogawa Green Tile by Heath Ceramics covers the walls and floors. When the couple's existing tile stash wasn't enough coverage, the team was able to special order more to match.

Textured travertine limestone slabs from ABC Stone run under the custom white oak vanity, and are also used on the walls.

The couple spent $6,765 on Bisazza tile in the bathroom and alley-facing exterior.
