Venice Beach Bathroom Remodel
A complete overhaul of a 1970's "tired" Master Bathroom in a duplex situated along a walk street overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Venice Beach, California. The client wanted an elegant, modern, and functional bathroom with lots of light and airiness that he would be excited to wake up to every morning. In response to his request all the walls are clad in white Carrara marble polished tiles while the floors are clad in black marble with white veins. The vanity is comprised of a grey gloss lacquer finish with Silestone quartz top and Kohler white under-mount sinks. Black finish wall mounted faucets by Watermark live below Robern medicine cabinets united together by solid mirrors equaling the total width of the floating custom vanity and grey lacquer shelf below. The shower floor is clad in black marble mosaic for slip resistance with a continuous black Infinity Drain and a shampoo niche also clad in the same mosaic tile with black marble shelves. The shower is comprised of a black Watermark shower head with black pressure balance valve with diverter and a black finish Watermark hand shower, accenting the black tile. A clear tempered glass barn door with black finish hardware sets the entry into the shower. A white Toto toilet rests between the vanity and shower glass partition. The new bathroom now brings new life to this 1970's home.
