We love a project with a past. This house is located in a neighborhood that is near and dear to us, literally down the street. Our mission is to preserve + enhance these mid-century homes originally designed by architect Frank Fazio in the 1950s. We want to bring new life to our "old and dated" neighborhood by bringing new life to the design and curb appeal, while also appreciating the bones and simple design from a different era. Bringing new life to this home by incorporating some simple mid-century inspired materials in a new way. The original iconic corner windows, block walls and flat roofs are a staple in the design.
