A homely and modern flat with Nordic charm

After the comprehensive renovation, we got a very convenient apartment adapted to the needs of the two children family living in this home.

Therfore, the layout was completely changed, getting an open day area, an en-suite bedroom, two juvenile bedrooms, a second bathroom, a laundry room and an office.

As we removed all visual barriers, we obtained spaciousness, natural light and connecting to the outdoor terrace and, at the same time, a common space was created that invites you to interact with the family while performing different tasks.

The kitchen and the living-dining room were arranged in the same atmosphere, but each area is well defined thanks to the furniture and decoration: kitchen with bar, dining table with two screen lamps in the center of the room and, the TV area with the L-shaped sofa facing the terrace.

Aesthetically, light and neutral colours and wood, have been used to provide warmth. Decoration was inspired by Nordic homes that creates a harmonious, cosy and modern atmosphere. A touch of colour was given with the textiles and decorative accessories: shades of green and blue in the common rooms and in the suite; besides, more eye-catching shades in the children’s rooms.

Finally, the assembly of the bespoke furniture that allowes taking advantage of spaces which would not have any use, and storage of all belongings in a tidy and easy way.
