This beautiful, family home is situated in Belleair Woods, a neighborhood in the heart of Memphis, TN, just a stone’s throw from The Memphis Zoo, Overton Park, art museums, universities and several entertainment districts. Built by Ryan Anderson, a custom homebuilder and owner of RKA Construction, this residence features the desirable combination of traditional warmth and modern touches that make for easy living. Architect David Anderson focused on clean lines and the natural flow of living when designing this lovely French-style home with a unique English flair. The home’s interior designer, Liz Porter, outfitted the house with a welcoming array of eclectic furnishings surrounded by nature-inspired accessories and artwork. Landscape architect, Marley Fields, increased the home’s livability by creating outdoor spaces including patios with seating areas, a fountain, and paved walkways around the home, making it easy for family and guests to enjoy all of its amenities. Photographer Stefanie Rawlinson captured the home’s natural beauty. It is almost as if the home was planned all around the light! The sun shines into the breakfast area every morning, making sitting around the table a perfect way to start the day. Every room in the home is perfectly lit with diffused sunlight, rendering any room the perfect place to live, work, rest or play.
