Named Coral House because of its coral floors and decks, this seaside home is intimately tied to nature from its conception. From the choice of the coral stone that our client loved so much, to the design that was worked around all the existing palm trees, so that none had to be cut down.

Our clients dreamed of spending time by the sea, enjoying the company of family and friends. They pictured a spacious and open house, even though the land was long and narrow.

The solution: we extended the project to the sides, placing the circulation around the perimeter of the house and bringing the ranch as close as possible to the beach, almost merging the coral floor with the sand itself.

One of the most outstanding details of Casa Coral are the beautiful ceilings that, due to their height, refresh the spaces and give a feeling of amplitude. But the most surprising thing is the combination of materials: coraline on the outside and castile rods on the inside.

Like a shell that looks hard and cold on the outside but inside is full of life. All the social areas and bedrooms have direct access to the gardens integrating the green of the exterior to all the interiors.

Faithful to the materials and techniques of the area, we worked a lot with handcrafted design. The bricks in the bathrooms were hand-stamped, the false ceilings were made with castile rods, the lamps were woven in wicker and the pool roof was built with straw.
