In Cleveland, lovers of contemporary architecture could not find a home. After purchasing a lot, there was a years long process with the Architectural Review Board to allow cutting edge design rather than the usual staid, Cape Cod home in an old money community. Arguments ensued; lawyers were brought in. The deal was that approval would only be provided to a stunning home, inside and out, that the ARB would be proud to tell people they approved at a cocktail party. This is the result.
