Yaaxka envision a temple that overview Tulum Jungle. With it's rooftop canopy, it's a place to inspire and enlighten.
Co-Living is located in Tulum, Mexico, and it is designed in an innovative way that not only showcases the stunning visuals but also the ecological and technical design. The use of renewable energies reduces costs and extra maintenance expenses.

This living machine potentializes the use of sustainable practices. Lightening the space by the use of large open curtainwalls, the property is light during the day but also minimizes the use of electric light during the evening. Due to its wooden terraces and facade, the building gets shaded finely.

Wind can be caught by its organic shapes to comfort the space and reduce the use of A/C. As well, sunlight can give variations of contrast and shadows. The main feature at the top is the canopy that merges with the building and creates a temple. The temple canopy catches rain water and reuses it for the plants that can partially cover the building.
