Cochecton Cottage

Nestled in a wooded dell at the end of a dead-end road, this cottage is a modified version of the HUTS Big Bar Standard. Organized as wings with bedrooms on either side of the living / kitchen / dining space, this black cabin utilizes simple forms and efficient space planning to maximize usability.

The Cochecton Cottage groundwork is underway, with a new driveway in place and ground clearing established. The design is permitted, a contractor is attached to the project, and the home is ready for construction.
