This 30 sq meter apartment was transformed by Michael Quirk Design from a run down flat into a vibrant, sustainable living space in a matter of 6 months.

By using reclaimed materials, and sustainably harvested wood this apartment renovation is material conscious. Also using all reused and high efficiency appliances reduces energy and water use. Two living plant walls provide passive cooling in the summer time and improve indoor air quality.

Scandinavian design and efficient construction of custom cabinetry create a cozy environment and the perfect living space for a car free and sustainable lifestyle.
