Ernie jacks house 2.0

1965 stunner... bought this home a year and half ago. We never planned on doing a full Reno,but the house decided it wanted a Reno lol. Literally everything broke when we signed the papers. First 5 days in we were replacing gas lines due to a leak that turned into leaks. Ugh.....the list is a mile long of the repairs to complete meltdowns. We tried to get help with design ideas but our budget was tight so no one wanted to take it on. In the end Pinterest and Instagram helped the most. Ha.
It’s a 1965 mid century moder house that has sweeping views of the Ozark mountains and the city of Fayetteville Arkansas (true detective just filmed here) it’s a large house 4200 sqft with two living areas,4 bedrooms and several decks along with a new pool area and a Koi pond on 3.5 acres. Ernie is still living at the wonderful age of 99 and I’m sure would be honored to be in dwell. The house is also on the national register
