Over 7,000 square feet of integrated indoor (4,000) and outdoor (3,000) space connect seamlessly with its natural setting at elevation as if born of it — carved intuitively from living stone and vast timbers. Common areas dedicated to dining, lounging, gearing-up and processing are connected to central hallways leading to six private bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Covered outdoor decks running seamlessly east to west, encourage fellowship and scenic outdoor lounging. A two vehicle garage doubles as a large utility room with generous freezer and cooler space, event storage and banquet preparation space. The entrance to the guest house connects to the garage and makes for a perfect mudroom for anglers.

The Hollywood Trailer is a pristine, 1990’s pedigree set trailer which was the property’s much-loved original structure – relocated in retirement from its California studio lot to Fawn Bluff. Used by the owner as temporary accommodation during site planning for the Founder’s Lodge. Now ensconced south of the lodge, on the edge of the plateau near to the Guest House, the Hollywood Trailer is a coveted, private pied-à-terre in the wilderness.
