The house is located on an urban lot in the capital of Chile, containing 420m² of surface. It is formed by a linear and compact composition, far from the limits of the land itself, implanted in a way to the rear of the home in order to favor the solar orientation, close. The volume is a marked white rectangular cube that is supported by exposed concrete planes, divided into two homes and cantilevered at the back.
On the ground floor, the architectural program is resolved in two lines: one with the social areas of the living room and dining room, and another with the wet areas. The living room is connected to the kitchen and the porch that is isolated from the other rooms by means of mobile decoration panels in wooden slats, in order to facilitate air conditioning during the most extreme periods from summer to winter.
This set of opaque and transparent planes make up the environments and control privacy and the incorporation of internal and external areas, seeking maximum lighting and natural ventilation.
