This property in the Western Catskills is a short-term rental designed for flyfishermen. Feet from one of the famed trout creeks of the area, this efficient modified Medium Bar has sleeping areas for 12 while not feeling oversized for a couple stay.
The entry features an indoor-outdoor mudroom, outfitted with dedicated boot, wader and rod storage. From the rear, the home is a simple bar shape and does not reveal all the functionality tucked into the small footprint. The house is sited on a plateau overlooking the creek below. The porch features a cedar hot tub, dining area and fire pit, all of which are treated to the sounds of running water below.
The living space is designed for relaxation after a long day on the water. Lounge seating, fire place, hidden projector screen, and an open kitchen make this a perfect place for guests to unwind and build memories.
