Located in the vibrant and dynamic community of Long Island City and Hunter's Point South, Gotham Point is a mixed-income, multigenerational residential community developed by Gotham Organization. The residential building consists of two towers - the South Tower and North Tower - which includes 1,132 total residences, a dedicated senior housing wing, shared amenities, a community facility and retail space.
The residences, designed by Handel Architects, feature panoramic city and river views, luxury plank flooring, premium stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, gas range stove tops, dishwashers and expansive ceiling heights.
The amenity spaces at Gotham Point foster healthy living and community engagement, and are accessible to all residents across both towers. Among the amenity package are 24-hour attended lobbies, a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, resident lounges and sundecks, a state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness club, a children’s playroom and a publicly accessible urban rooftop farm and community boathouse. Residents have access to dedicated co-working lounges with breakout meeting rooms, private phone rooms and multi-person desks fully equipped with outlets.
Gotham Point’s 33-story South Tower was completed in late 2021. On the ground floor of the South Tower, there is 3,000 square feet of retail space designated as Flux Factory’s new permanent home and fourth location, “Flux IV”, to support emerging artists with an artist-in-residency program. The ground floor of the South Tower also holds space for a community boathouse with kayaks and paddles. Residents and community members have access to the community boathouse which offers public educational programming centered around environmentalism and sustainability.
The 57-story North Tower is estimated to be complete and open to residents in Fall of 2022. The North Tower will include small-format retail spaces designed to meet the needs of the community as well as a below-grade public parking garage.
