Koa Niseko

Koa Niseko is an exclusive collection of twenty beautifully-crafted and fully-furnished homes: ten freestanding Koa Villas, and ten semi-detached Koa Townhouses. Each home is a modern expression of the traditional Japanese farmhouse in an intimate village setting – with elegant gable roofs and white wood-paneled siding, nestled among maple and birch trees at the foot of majestic Mount Niseko Annupuri.

Stepping through the doorway, elements of Japanese and Scandinavian contemporary design intertwine in equal measure to create a warm, tangible sense of place – a feeling that the whole family will love and where great memories are sure to be made.

Anchoring our vision is the Danish concept of Hygge. This philosophy fuels and energizes our design approach, inspiring everything from the masterplan, landscaping, and architecture, through to wayfinding, and the hand-curated fully-furnished interiors and accessories.
