This beautiful lake home renovation was completed in 2017. Unlike traditional renovations, waterfront renovations come with many rules including how much area you can cover and how high you can build. This home was a tiny camp that we converted into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, year round home. By enclosing an unused screen porch and building above a 1-story section of the home, we were able to meet all the shoreland zoning rules and create a beautiful space with views of the lake from every bedroom. Working within the existing structure, we created an open first floor plan that allows this family to entertain and have views of the lake at the same time.
