Loerch House

Remodel of a San Francisco flat. Fully panelled wall and ceiling was extremely dark prior to the remodel. The client wanted to update and ingrate the existing full panelling (ceilings and walls) in the house while lightening the space and updating the kitchen. We reused and replaced existing wood panelling and terracotta floors while adding a modern kitchen with induction cooktop and baking island. The space has an beautiful Ivy covered shingled interior and back courtyard as well.
