This vacation home for a family of 5 sits tucked away in the coastal vegetation of South Beach but still offers stunning views from its roof deck and the elevated living area. The roof deck offers a large outdoor kitchen and a fabulous green roof. Like all our homes, this one is extremely energy efficient and has all the newest sustainable technology, such as heat pump technology for heating and cooling, heat recovery ventilation, triple-glazed German windows and super-insulated walls.
