We bought a 54 acre parcel of raw land near the Los Padres National Forest in Ojai CA. We experienced a drought, a wildfire that burned our mountain, mudslides and permitting issues. What has resulted is the most modern architecture in Ojai CA. The combination of our all glass building against the rural beauty of Ojai is breathtaking.
