This one-of-a-kind AIA award-winning modernist masterpiece in Santa Barbara was designed by renowned architect Rex Lotery: known for combining architecture, urban design, and consensus planning in his work. Lotery originally used this property as his personal residence. His other works of note include the home once owned by Elvis and Priscilla Presley in tony Trousdale Estates. He is on the distinguished list of Master Architects of Beverly Hills, which serves as one of the criteria by which significant buildings receive historic preservation status.
