Napa Valley Farm House

This is simply one of our favorite homes that we have designed and built. Ever. Our yes answer to designing this home was given in approximately 1.8 seconds (unofficial timekeeper). The empty parcel was situated at the base of Calistoga Mountain with a seasonal creek running along the property’s northwest boundary. Naturally sun-soaked during the day, you could consistently rely on a nightly Napa Valley breeze to cool things off.

Utilizing the hybridCore technology, we designed two 64-foot cores to be set perpendicular to each other. The on-site build would include the great room, outdoor loggia, and garage.

The modern farm house architecture was to be anchored with timeless accents and a stately appearance worthy of the property location. The open floorplan welcomed family, friends, and guests from the moment they walked through the oversized front door. The 12-foot ceilings in the great room are flanked by a chef’s dream kitchen on the right and over 24 feet of accordion glass doors opening to the loggia.

Tucked away from the public eye are 3 ensuite bathrooms. The master has plenty of space for a his and hers closet, oversized soaking tub, and an abundant amount of grey and white marble to mesmerize the eyes.
