A brand-new construction meticulously crafted by Belyn from inception to fruition. This residence posed unique challenges due to its compact lot size and building codes. Located in what is labeled a ‘mobile home park’, the home needed to be a manufactured home. This resulted in an innovative approach to optimize every square foot of living space. This isn’t your ordinary manufactured home. It’s 2 stories, a total of 1940sqft, with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Even though this home was built in a factory and shipped in 4 pieces, it was fully customized to exude the quintessential essence of a modern beach house, blending seamlessly with its coastal surroundings.
