Complete with a vegetated rooftop garden to mitigate storm water runoff and provide roof insulation , this two story dwelling is nestled beside a heritage Oak Tree and finished with sustainable and regional materials. Featuring regional Carmel Stone and rot and decay resistant cedar siding, the dwelling is at home within the surrounding environment.
